The UN-Habitat has announced a call for proposals to support the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme in Namibia.
The programme aims to address the challenge of slums in Africa in contribution to the Sustainable Development Goal 11.
Benefits
- Size of grant is up to U.S.$60,000
Eligibility
- Organisation/entity should provide certificate of registration/incorporation
- Provide organisation profile and details, indicating vision, mission and objectives, management structure, members of the governing board
- Organisation should provide audited company financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) and auditors report for the last two years
- Organisation should have a separate bank account for the funds provided by UN-Habitat
- Organisations should complete and submit a signed Partner Declaration form
- Organisations should provide the profiles of the chairperson of their board of directors, head of the organisation and chief of finance
