iKapture Centre for Development has launched applications for the Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (YLEAD) Fellowship programme.
YLEAD fellowship is an immersive capacity building programme designed to educate, engage, and equip young people with skills to prepare them for the world of work and transition from school to career.

Eligibility
- Applicant should be between the ages of 15 and 24
- Applicant must have attempted JSSCE or SSCE
- Applicant must show interest in learning new skills
- Applicant must be willing to participate in group activities
- Applicant must attain 75 percent attendance in the training programme
- Applicant must be of good behaviour and willing to interact with people of different background, tribe, and religion
- Applicant should be interested in volunteering and having a mentor
