DLM Capital Group has announced a call for participation in the 2021 Pegasus Fintech Challenge.
The challenge, in partnership with Africa Fintech Foundry, aims to help accelerate seeding funding and investments in fintech startups.
Startups are selected to pitch based on the information submitted during the application, and it is also used later on during the matchmaking and due diligence process.
Benefits
- The selected finalists will participate in a pitch event
- The top two finalists will receive cash prizes, with the winner getting a seed capital
Eligibility
- The challenge is open to all Fintechs operating in Nigeria
- Interested participants can apply by sending details of their product as well as a pitch deck
- Solutions must focus on financial technology to strengthen financial services in Nigeria
- Solutions must focus on speed and convenience
- Fintech Startup must be based in Nigeria
- The company must be at least one year in operation
- Applicants can be pre-revenue but must have a scalable product or service with a significant total addressable market and defensible growth model
