ZOA is seeking to fill the position of Country Director Ethiopia.
ZOA, as an international NGO, supports people who have lost everything due to armed conflict or natural disaster.
Responsibilities
- Represent ZOA legally in Ethiopia
- Lead and manage the ZOA organisation in Ethiopia
- Formulate and implement the country annual plan
- Formulate programme, development, implementation, and supervision
- Manage finance, human resources and security
- Maintain relationship with all relevant actors in the country (networking, donor acquisition and legal representation)
- Participate in organisation-wide programme and knowledge development
Requirements
- University degree
- Five years, minimum, of cross-cultural experience
- Five years, minimum, of relevant management experience in an international setting
- Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Good spoken and written English
