The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) has opened applications for the 2021 Mentorship Programme.
With the mentorship programme, the TEF aims to assemble extraordinary leaders from every field who are passionate about the development of African entrepreneurs.
Benefits
- The foundation will provide mentors with access to capacity building resources, high-value networks, global publicity, as well as the TEFConnect
- Mentors will also be awarded TEF Mentorship certificate for every cycle of programme they choose to participate in
Eligibility
- Open to professionals or business experts with over five years of experience
- Applicants must be fluent in speaking English, French, Portuguese or Arabic
- Applicants must complete the mentor assessment form and consent to the TEF mentorship guidelines and agreement
- Applicants must commit to engaging with each mentee for a one-year tenure and a minimum of two hours per month
- Applicant must commit to helping entrepreneurs achieve their business milestones through mentoring and provide periodic reports as needed to the TEF mentorship programme manager.
