Plan International is seeking to fill the position of Human Resource Coordinator.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and HR systems
- Support the department in field missions, HR audits, and HR projects
- Support coordination and capacity building of staff and line managers to improve HRIS system knowledge
- Ensure all staff data on HRIS is up to date and is the same as the personnel files
- Capacitate HR team with HRIS knowledge
- Provide the necessary field support upon need
- Provide departmental support in each unite/PA
- Provide advice to staff and managers and address HR-related issues and propose corrective and disciplinary actions where appropriate in consultation with the head of HR & OD
- Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as appropriate
- Support the HROD operations manager in benefit assessment
- Manage employee benefits such as leave management on HRIS, other staff benefits
- Ensure staff has access to the HR manual and relevant policies
- Support access to benefits for staff and maintain up-to-date records of staff annual leave usage
- Be involved in job evaluation process
- Follow up on HR audit reports and ensure agreed recommendations and solutions are implemented
- Contribute to the annual budget preparations in line with Plan International guidelines and standard processes
Requirements
- B.A. degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Five years, minimum, of experience as HR specialist and understanding of HR in emergency setup
- Knowledge of HR, good understanding of development organisations
- Awareness of child protection issue
