Plan International is seeking applications from eligible applicants for the post of Driver.

Responsibilities
- Drive staff to and from work, and take staff out for implementation of activities
- Ensure that the vehicle is in a good condition every day and report any problem to the operations officer
- Drive staff or any other authorised person(s), material(s), and equipment as directed by the authorised logistic officer
- Report any anomaly noticed in the running of the car or any incident/accident that happen to the car while using it
- Ensure that the vehicle maintenance schedule is adhered to
- Ensure that fuel and maintenance cost are duly recorded in the vehicle maintenance logbook
- Ensure that all vehicle movements are recorded in the corresponding logbook
- Ensure that the cars are always clean and ready for use
- Ensure that vehicles are safely parked in Plan International premises when not in use or after work hours, and strictly adhere to the organisation’s vehicle policy
Requirements
- Senior secondary school certificate
- Three years, minimum, of experience in a similar position and with a credible institution
- Driver’s licence and competence in preventive maintenance and administration of vehicles
- Eligibility to work in Liberia
- Understanding of Plan International’s work and implementation processes and practices
- Knowledge of adult education techniques and good interpersonal communication ability
