Nigeria Health Watch seeks applications from committed and creative journalists for the second edition of Prevent Epidemics Journalism Fellowships.
Interested journalists are expected to highlight ways to address Nigeria’s funding challenges through reporting, while helping to raise the profile of epidemic preparedness and generate support for robust epidemic preparedness funding.
Nigeria Health Watch started advocating better funding for epidemic preparedness in October, 2018.
Benefits
- Fellows will get financial support for the three-month period to complete their reporting
- Fellows will be coached and granted access to national and international data and contacts
Eligibility
- The fellowship is open to journalists tied to broadcast, print, and online media outlets in Nigeria
