Emerging Leaders Foundation (ELF) Africa has opened applications for the iLead Fellowship Programme 2023.
iLead Fellowship exists to empower, support and accompany young women and men to achieve meaningful, dignified and impact participation in governance, economy and public affairs at all levels of society.
It is a transformative leadership development programme designed for young leaders who are passionate about addressing key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including poverty eradication, quality education, economic growth, climate action, and peacebuilding.

Eligibility
- Be a young person between 18–35 years
- Be willing and able to commit the second and fourth Saturdays of each month (from July–October) 2023
