The U.S. Embassy Kigali Public Affairs Section (PAS) has opened applications for funding of programmes that strengthen cultural ties between the U.S. and Rwanda.
All programmes must include an American cultural element, or connection with American expert(s), organisation(s), or institution(s) in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
Benefits
- Funding ranges from $5,000 to $15,000
Eligibility
- Registered not-for-profit organisations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organisations with programming experience
- Civil society organisations not yet registered with the government of Rwanda
- Open to Individuals
- Non-profit or governmental educational institutions
- Governmental institutions
