Yiaga Africa, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have opened applications for the Power of 18 Challenge.
The challenge is designed to build a community of young civic actors who are passionate about democracy.
Participants are to submit a civic project idea that must be innovative, creative, realistic, and aimed at mobilising 5,000 young people in their states.
Benefits
- Receive a grant of N1,000,000 to execute a project
Eligibility
- Participants must be between the ages of 18 and 30
- Open to residents of Lagos, Benue, Yobe, Ogun, Ondo, Imo, Federal capital Terrory (FCT), Kebbi, Adamawa, Enugu, Sokoto and Zamfara
