Entries are invited for
The United Bank for Africa (UBA) Foundation has announced a call for participation in the UBA National Essay Competition 2020.
The competition, according to the foundation, provides a competitive platform to develop the intellectual and writing abilities of senior secondary school students in Ghana.
Participants are to write on the on the challenges facing education of the African youth in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Benefits
- First prize: $5,000
- Second prize: $3,000
- Third prize: $2,000
Eligibility
- Applicants must be senior high school students in Ghana.
- The educational grant is only applicable to applications who intend to study in an African university
