For her hard work, creativity and persistence in leading engagements with the inaugural Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and the African International Film Festival 2019, Bella Anne Ndubuisi was celebrated as the Locally Employed Staff of the Quarter, for the fourth quarter of 2019, by the United States Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mary Beth Leonard.

Ndubuisi, a Cultural Affairs Specialist at the United States Embassy in Abuja, shone throughout the quarter achieving remarkable results. With a master’s degree in International Development and a wealth of experience, Ndubuisi hopes to intensify her efforts in shaping the Embassy’s film diplomacy initiatives. She dedicated her award to the entire Educational and Cultural Affairs team, who were instrumental to her outstanding performance.
