The Civil Society Action Coalition on Education for All (CSACEFA) National Education Stakeholders Discussion on Covid-19 is aimed at better informing and strengthening civil society organisations, parents, school administrators, students and other stakeholders on their roles in supporting and promoting Covid-19 safety guidelines.
For the past four months, pupils and students have been at home and it is unclear when they will return to classrooms and lecture theatres as the world dances to the unpalatable tune of the pandemic.
At the end of the discussion, stakeholders are expected to be better informed and equipped with the various Covid-19 response strategies, guidelines and policies.
Also, the gathering is expected to strengthen synergy between government and civil society organisations in providing quality and inclusive learning for students in basic and secondary education.
