YouTube has opened applications for the 2021 #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund.
The #YouTubeBlack Voices Fund, founded in 2020, is a multi-year commitment dedicated to spotlighting and growing black creators and music on the YouTube platform by giving them access to resources to help them thrive on YouTube.
In 2020, YouTube welcomed 133 grantees – including musicians, beauty entrepreneurs, comedians, activists, poets, personal trainers, teachers, parents, photographers – from the United States, Kenya, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, South Africa, and Nigeria.

Eligibility
- Open to content creators, artistes, or songwriters/producers who identify themselves as black and looking to further build their voice on YouTube and make an impact
- Grants are currently being offered to black creators – artistes, artists, and songwriters/producers in Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa, as well as Brazil, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States
