The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kenya has announced a call for organisations to submit applications to carry out projects focused on supporting the higher education of financially disadvantaged Kenyan students.
The U.S., through this funding opportunity, aims to achieve inclusive, market-driven, environmentally sustainable economic growth in the country.
Benefits
- Successful applicant can receive up to $60,000 (pending availability of funds)
Eligibility
- Open to Not-for-profit organisations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in Kenya
- Public and private educational institutions may also apply
- All organisations must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number from Dun and Bradstreet and CAGE/NCAGE number, as well as a valid registration on www.SAM.gov
