Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) has announced a call for applications for the role of Health Project Manager.
PUI helps civilians who are marginalised or excluded as a result of natural disasters, war and economic collapse.
Responsibilities
- Ensure qualitative implementation and monitoring of health programme(s)
- Supervise the health team
- Ensure compliance with logistical and administrative procedures
- Represent the organisation at meetings with partners, authorities and local actors involved in the implementation of health programmes
- Contribute to efforts aimed at ensuring compliance with safety rules at the site, and transmit all information relating to safety concerns to supervisor
- Contribute to the development of new interventions on the basis of identified needs
Requirements
- Degree in health-related field
- Two years, minimum, of experience as a health professional with experience in NGOs and abroad
- Experience in project management, good writing skills and knowledge of institutional donor procedures will be a plus
- Ability to work independently while taking initiative and showing a sense of responsibility
- Good analytical, organisational, brainstorming and management skills
- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and open-mindedness
- Fluency in the English
