The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Zambia (PEPFAR) has announced an open competition for organisations to submit applications to carry out a Community Led Monitoring (CLM) programme.
PEPFAR Zambia seeks to address gaps and improve the outcomes of HIV services.
Benefits
- Length of performance period: 01 January, 2023 to November 30 2023 (11 months)
- Number of awards anticipated: Tenawards (one award per province)
- Award amounts: Awards may range up to the maximum of the Kwacha equivalent of $120,000 USD
- Total Available Funding: Up to $1,200,000 USD for all awards
- Type of Funding: FY2023/COP22 Allocated Funds
- Anticipated programme start date: 01 January, 2023
- Funding Instrument Type: Grant
- Programme Performance Period: Proposed programmes should be completed no later than 30 November, 2023.
Eligibility
- Open to not-for-profit organisations, including civil society organisations (CSOs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and public and private educational institutions
- Organisations registered with the government of Zambia can apply
- Applicant must have experience of successfully implementing programmes with funding of a minimum of $25,000
- Applicant must have established offices, at least 12 months prior to application submission, in the province for which they are applying to implement the CLM programme
- An organisation may apply for consideration for more than one province but is only eligible to be one prime CLM grantee
