The New Zealand High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa, has announced a call for application for the Covid-19 Response and Recovery Projects Fund.
The primary objective of the fund, according to the commission, is to support community-based projects that contribute towards sustainable development in selected countries in order to reduce poverty and contribute to a secure, equitable and prosperous world.
Benefits
- There is a funding ceiling of NZ$ 25,000.00 per project over a maximum duration of two years
Eligibility
- Organisations must be community groups and NGOs but other types of non-profit organisations, e.g., primary and higher education institutions
- Not open to political or faith-based groups
- Organisations must be registered and operational in one of these countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
