The Forward Learning Programme is a free ten-week learning programme designed to equip individuals at different stages of their careers – from career starters to job changers – with practical skills to succeed in the future of work.

Eligibility
- Participants must currently reside on the African continent
- Five years, maximum, of total work experience
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior work experience, which may include internships or apprenticeships, and a good command of English
- Those in nonprofit or non-managerial roles may still qualify even with more than five years of experience
