The one-year Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various roles, including presentation, production, and reportage, among others.

Eligibility
- Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with second-class lower division or an HND Lower Credit in related fields
- Fluency in both written and spoken Hausa language
- Applicants should demonstrate passion for radio through a portfolio of work or previous projects
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability are essential
- Applicants should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Clear interest in a career in radio and dedication to completing the one-year trainee programme is required
- Strong references and recommendations from academic instructors or industry professionals are necessary.
