Committed to Good (CTG) is seeking applications from eligible applicants for the post of Account Manager.
CTG provides specialist staffing solutions for the most challenging locations, supporting clients globally in fragile, conflict-affected countries and disaster environments.
Responsibilities
- Meet client objectives in accordance with contracted scope of work
- Ensure total client satisfaction
- Ensure clients are regularly updated and client expectations are met in accordance with agreed time frames
- Ensure deployment plans, administrative documents, system and personnel management SOPs are in place
- Provide assistance and ensure compliance with local labour law
- Ensure an understanding of CTG’s duty of care, evacuation and medevac plans
- Manage safety of consultants in the field
- Manage third party security, accommodation and other local service providers and fixers
- Understand the contracted terms of all accommodation, security, logistics support, with the assistance of the operations manager where required
- Manage crisis situation in accordance with CTG crisis management SOP
- Actively promote CTG’s services and assist in building a network of key business partners and potential clients
- Develop current and new client relationships
- Represent CTG in meetings
- Assist with the development of proposal responses
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field
- A relevant HR qualification and/or experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- Three years, minimum, of experience in HRM and client relations
- Experience in HR processes and applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
