African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) has opened applications for the Cohort five of its Leadership and Business Management Capacity-building Programme.
AWEC is the accelerant behind hundreds of African female entrepreneurs who have transformed and grown their businesses.

Eligibility
- Open to founders of businesses that have been in operation for at least two years in any industry
- Applicant should have at least two employees (either full time or part time) or women who have a strong business concept and plan to launch their business within the next year
- Applicant should be citizen of any African country and currently living in Africa or in the diaspora
- Applicant should be comfortable with remote teamwork and collaboration, especially using digital tools
- Applicant should be proficient in verbal and written English
- Founders of social enterprises are encouraged to apply
