African ChangeMakers Initiative has launched the 2020 African ChangeMakers Online Mentorship Programme to support youths, women, men, teen boys and girls through investing in education, leadership development and life-skills.
The mentorship programme, according to the organisers, is very flexible, with everyone put at the heart of the programme development, as a sense of urgency is created in youths to step up to leadership roles in their communities and at the global stage.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 23
- A citizen of any of the 54 African countries
- Can read and speak in English
- Has access to internet, data, computer, laptop or mobile device to connect to online programme
- Passionate about developing career and professional skills
- Passionate about using skills to make positive impact in community and businesses
- Interested in leadership and innovation for Africa sustainable development
- Can demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills with people
- Can demonstrate initiative, self-direction, and a ‘can-do’ attitude
