Africa 35.35 recognises the achievements of 35 young people in Africa and from the Afro diaspora.

Since 2016, this initiative has awarded 146 exceptional young people from 32 countries.

The 2020 edition will see the laureates receive their trophies in their respective countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

• The African youth of the year will receive special media exposure
• All laureates will receive a trophy and extensive media training

Eligibility

• Applicant must be an African
• Applicant must be less than 35 years old
