The Financing Facility for Remittances (FFR) of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) has announced a call for proposals for the 2021 Supporting Remittances in Times of Crisis in Africa project in Morocco.
In this context, the FFR intervenes in Africa through the Platform for Remittances, Investments and Migrants’ Entrepreneurship in Africa (PRIME Africa), a programme co-financed by the European Union (EU), with the aim to reduce inequality and enhance financial inclusion in Africa.
Benefits
- Winners will get between €150,000 and €500,000 in grants
Eligibility
- Open to non-profit organisations, formal financial intermediaries, money transfer operators, microfinance institutions, financial cooperatives, postal networks, philanthropic organisations, investment funds, local and national governments
