Liberia: 4Kids International Challenges Youth

Executive Director of 4Kids International, Tyson Berry, has urged the youth in Liberia to take their education more seriously.

Berry made this call during the official launch of the organisation at Monrovia City Hall.

He reminded them that this was the time for youth to retell the story by empowering themselves.

Development Diaries gathered that 4Kid International has undertaken several projects in schools and communities in Monrovia and its environs.

4Kids International is an NGO that aims to create and promote youths and children empowerment through advocacy and capacity building activities.

Berry said that the organisation established its branch in Liberia in 2017, reaching out to children and youths through schools, community centres, and community-based organisations.

He explained that the NGO uses specially-designed activities to enhance quality education, improving health and fostering peace among youths.

Berry revealed that the organisation was planning to build an academic hub for schoolchildren and a youth centre to empower Liberian youth.

According to him, 4Kids International aims to achieve the UN sustainable development goals.
