As Lesotho continues to grapple with issues such as unemployment, HIV/AIDS, and food security, addressing the specific needs and vulnerabilities of migration-affected communities becomes imperative for the country’s sustainable development.
Lesotho’s health care system, while making strides in recent years, still grapples with limited resources and infrastructure, making it difficult to provide comprehensive care to both its citizens and migrant populations.
To address these challenges, there is a need for inclusive policies that ensure migrants have access to essential health care services, regardless of their legal status.
