As the world seeks solutions to the problems caused by Covid-19, the Nigeria Youth SDGs Network (NGYouthSDGs) and Oxfam Nigeria have launched the International Youth Day Innovation Challenge 2020.
The Covid-19 pandemic has proven to be a serious challenge but it has also presented an opportunity, notably for several young people in Nigeria and Africa, to develop innovative solutions.
Benefits
- The top three winners will be selected by a team of judges from NGYouthSDGs and Oxfam and awarded a total of N300,000
- Enterprise and impact stories of top three finalists will be documented via a video series and published on NGYouthSDGs and Oxfam Nigeria websites
Eligibility
- Young persons between the ages of 17 and 35
- Leads a social enterprise
- Already implementing idea within the past one year
- Female-led enterprise are encouraged to apply
