Online News Association (ONA), in partnership with Knight Foundation, has called for submission of entries for the Journalism 360 Challenge 2020.
The challenge is an open call for ideas using immersive storytelling to discover new ways to engage audience and advance journalism.
Journalism 360 engages a global network of news organisations, journalists, technologists and educators on a mission to accelerate the understanding and production of immersive journalism.
Benefits
- Winners will receive a share of $100,000 for early-stage project
- Winners become part of the Journalism 360 ecosystem and have access to the ambassador team and a growing network of immersive storytellers
Eligibility
- Open to applicants worldwide
- Applicants must be committed to experimenting with immersive media, news organisations, businesses, nonprofits, universities and individuals
- Application must be completed in English
