ZOA is seeking to fill the position of Manager of Operations.
ZOA, as an international NGO, supports people who have lost everything due to armed conflict or natural disaster.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the country strategic and annual plan
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial management information at country and programme organisation levels
- Prepare country annual accounts
- Monitor finance compliance to internal and external (donor and government) rules and regulations
- Prepare and process the allocation of indirect costs to project budgets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports at country and programme organisation levels
- Advise and support the country director and programme managers in the development of budgets of funding proposals
- Manage financial audits and respond to audit reports
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Financial Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- English language proficiency is essential
- Preferably, cross-cultural experience in a development setting
