Applications are open for cohort 40 of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centre (RLC) West Africa Emerging Leaders Programme.
The programme is designed to teach young African leaders about modern leadership over a period of 17 weeks.

- Participants will be taken through various forms of leadership training to prepare them for leadership roles in their various organisations, communities and countries
Eligibility
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of application
- Open to citizens and residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Burkina Faso
- Applicant must not be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
- Applicant must be proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking English
