The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Centre (RLC) West Africa has opened applications for Cohort 39 of the Emerging Leaders Programme.
The programme is designed to teach young African leaders about modern leadership over a period of 17 weeks.

- Participants will be taken through various forms of leadership training to prepare them for leadership role in their various endeavours
Eligibility
- Applicant must be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of application
- Open to citizens and residents of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Burkina Faso
- Applicant must not be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
- Applicant must be proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking English
