The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Regional Leadership Centre (RLC), has launched applications for the West Africa Emerging Leaders Programme.
YALI was launched by the United States government as a signature effort to invest in the next generation of African leaders.
Benefits
- Participants will be taking through various forms of leadership training to prepare them for a leadership role in their various endeavours
- Participants will be awarded a certificate and become a member of the YALI Alumni
Eligibility
- Applicant must be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of application
- Applicant must be a citizen and resident of Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, The Gambia, or Burkina Faso
- Applicant must be eligible to receive any necessary visa to Ghana
- Applicant must be fluent in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
