World Vision International is seeking to fill the role of Finance for Transformation Advisor.
The mission of World Vision International includes working with the poor and people who are oppressed as it promotes human transformation.
Responsibilities
- Capacity building
- Product pilot development
- Product rollout support
- Monitoring of implementation
- Sensitisation activities
- Network outreach
- Contribution to knowledge sharing
- Documentation and sharing of lessons learnt
- Promoting VFI visibility
- Promoting F4T visibility
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- Five years, minimum, of professional experience in development work
- Knowledge of savings group methodology
- Business focused, with ability to improve annual operational plans and advise on product pilots, results analysis and workforce plans
- Experience in introducing new products or services
- Project management experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience in delivering training virtually, as well as in person
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing leaders externally and internally
- Work experience in a microfinance institution will be a plus
