World Vision International is seeking to fill the role of Education Project Coordinator.

The mission of the organisation includes working with the poor and people who are oppressed as it promotes human transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Impact Hope project planning and implementation
  • Develop workplan and budgets for the project
  • Implement developed workplan within the approved budget and timelines
  • Plan and implement TVT training programme
  • Ensure schools and students’ requests and complaints are addressed on time
  • Build relationships with other stakeholders relevant to the project across the education sector
  • Produce and manage partnership agreements/contracts for project partners
  • In collaboration with colleagues, facilitate the selection of new beneficiaries
  • Participate in any meeting that may be called at camp, school or national level in relation to the project

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, and Clinical Psychology
  • Three years, minimum, of experience coordinating education project
  • Experience in working with most vulnerable communities including refugees
  • Strong coordination skills to manage the project
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
