The World Bank Group has opened applications for the 2021 Young Professionals Programme (WBG YPP).
The WBG YPP is a two-year leadership development programme at the start of a five-year employment contract with the World Bank, IFC or MIGA.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be born on or after 01 October, 1989
- Applicants must have a master’s or doctoral degree
- Applicants must specialise in a field relevant to YPP business areas
Applicants must demonstrate relevant professional experience or continued study at the doctoral level - Applicants must be fluent in English
