Applications are open for the Women in News (WIN) Leadership Accelerator Programme 2024.

The programme is designed to help journalists and editors acquire new skills and build their capacity to lead and transform.

Eligibility

• Open to mid to senior-level editors and journalists in WIN’s intervention markets
• Applicants must have two years, minimum, of experience managing people or processes and be working in the media sector, including print or digital newspapers and radio
