Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organisation (WEWE) is seeking to fill the position of Human Resource/Administrative Associate.

WEWE is a woman-led, faith-based non-governmental organisation (NGO).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in shortlisting job application
  • Draft recruitment memo
  • Conduct staff meetings
  • Assist in filling monthly timesheet
  • Support and maintain office administration in Abuja in efficient manner
  • Work alongside with human resource in carrying out interview sections when required
  • Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Organise, arrange and coordinate meetings
  • Photocopy and fill appropriate documents as needed
  • Assist in ordering office stationery and supplies when needed
  • Provide information by responding to communications and referring special communications to appropriate persons

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline
  • One year, minimum, of NGO communication experience
  • Previous work experience in Abuja metropolis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook and other useful software
  • Well-organised, with ability to track multiple activities and deadlines
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with email correspondence
  • Excellent and positive attitude
