Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organisation (WEWE) is seeking to fill the position of Human Resource/Administrative Associate.
WEWE is a woman-led, faith-based non-governmental organisation (NGO).
Responsibilities
- Assist in shortlisting job application
- Draft recruitment memo
- Conduct staff meetings
- Assist in filling monthly timesheet
- Support and maintain office administration in Abuja in efficient manner
- Work alongside with human resource in carrying out interview sections when required
- Maintain a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Organise, arrange and coordinate meetings
- Photocopy and fill appropriate documents as needed
- Assist in ordering office stationery and supplies when needed
- Provide information by responding to communications and referring special communications to appropriate persons
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline
- One year, minimum, of NGO communication experience
- Previous work experience in Abuja metropolis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook and other useful software
- Well-organised, with ability to track multiple activities and deadlines
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with email correspondence
- Excellent and positive attitude
