United States Institute of Peace has opened applications for the Generation Change Fellows Programme (GCFP) in Nigeria.
GCFP is designed to strengthen the capacity of civically-engaged youth leaders as they emerge as peacebuilders in their communities.
Benefits
- Upon completing the training, participants will join Generation Change’s global community of emerging civic leaders and will have access to various resources provided by USIP
- USIP will pay for participant’s airfare, lodging, meal, and visa expenses
Eligibility
- Generation Change Fellows are between the ages of 18 and 35
- Applicant should hold leadership roles within civic organisations and be actively working to positively impact their community
- Applicant should have earned legitimacy within their community through their demonstrated commitment to their work
