United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is seeking to fill the role of Supply and Logistics Officer.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate COVAX cold chain/logistics and in-country supply chain readiness and support the implementation of COVAX supply chain-related activities in Mali with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with programmes in defining supply interventions to meet programmatic needs and achieve results for children
- Follow up with supply division, shipping forwarders, customs, Ministry of Health and local health units on both vaccine and device supply chain/cold chain/in-country logistics readiness and implementation activities
- Ensure that all supply chain challenges and risk are shared with the management and adequate solution implemented
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Development, Health or a related social science field
- Two years, minimum, of relevant experience at the national and international levels
- Experience in warehouse management
- Experience working in the UN system agency or organisation is an asset
- Emergency experience in supply chain management is an advantage
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of another UN working language is an asset
