United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is seeking to fill the role of Reports Officer.

Responsibilities
- Support the child survival and development (CSD) pogramme section in updating and maintaining all information on donor and programme reporting requirements
- Assist in ensuring programme section is updated based on requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and monitoring of donor interests and information needs
- Support the deputy representative, communications officer, CSD programme and partnership consultant in the dissemination of UNICEF reports, including the annual humanitarian report, situation report, and external report as requested by UNICEF, WHO and the United Nations special mission in Libya
- Support the programme section in the compilation, editing and dissemination of UNICEF donor reports
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to criteria set out in executive directives/guidelines, UN/UNICEF policy papers, Libya country office (LCO) country programme plans, donor contract stipulations, etc
- Manage CSD reports, office information and institutional memory vis-a-vis donor reports and contribute to the proposals
- Ensure information on all the donor and programme reporting and proposal requirements are shared and updated
Requirements
- University degree in Social Sciences, Development, Planning, Communication, or a related technical field
- Two years of work experience with international organisations, agencies or NGOs in the area of reporting and communication
- Fluency in English and Arabic
