United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) is seeking to fill the role of Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional, technical, operational, financial and administrative support in the operations management of the office and programme delivery
- Supervise staff in the administrative finance units and provide technical supervision of operations staff in zonal offices
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (master’s degree and above) in Business Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Public Finance
- Five years, minimum, of experience at the national and/or international level specifically in implementing organisational initiatives in one or more operations management area, including budget, financial management and reporting, facilities management, administration, supply and logistics management, information and communication technology, and human resources
- Familiarity with emergency is considered an asset
- Fluency in English and French
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset
