- Business partnering
- Strategic human resources
- Implementation of assigned human resources services
- Learning and capacity development
- HR data analytics
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology or a related field
- Five years, minimum, of professional experience in human resource management in an international organsation and/or large corporation
- Work experience in a developing country and/or familiarity with emergency will be a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Nationality of Sudan
