Responsibilities
- Secure business partnership
- Carry out strategic human resources activities
- Provide support for implementation of assigned human resources services
- Ensure learning and capacity development
- Carry out human data analytics
Requirements
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology or a related field
- Two years, minimum, of professional experience in human resource management in an international organisation and/or large corporation
- Developing country work experience and/or familiarity with emergency will be an asset
- Fluency in French and working knowledge of English
- Nationality of Burundi
