The year-long programme is designed to address the needs and the rights of young people.

Eligibility
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 26
- Applicants must be graduates of tertiary institutions in Ghana
- Applicants must have the ability to commit to the fellowship
- Applicants must be proactive and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be proficient in English
- Applicants must be passionate about SRHR and demonstrate a desire to make a difference in their community
