Apply: U.S. Embassy American Spaces Programme

The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in South Africa has announced an open competition for organisations to submit applications to support programming and outreach at the American Corner Pretoria (ACP), the Mae Jemison Science Reading Room (Mae J) in Mamelodi, the Rosa Parks Library (RPL) in Soweto and a new American Corner in Bloemfontein.

Proposals are requested from organisations that have the necessary capacity, experience, and knowledge to support the implementation of programmes as part of an inclusive, flexible, and responsive engagement strategy.
Benefits
  • Award amount is $155,000

Eligibility

  • Open to not-for-profit organisations, including think tanks, civil society/non-governmental organisations and public and private educational institutions
