The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, in partnership with Humanity and Inclusion (HI), has opened applications for the Inclusive Civic Engagement programme.
The programme is designed for emerging leaders in in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Ethiopia to exchange and implement best practices for inclusive civic engagement.

Eligibility
- Be between the ages of 25 and 40
- Be a citizen and resident of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia
- Be eligible to receive a U.S. J-1 visa
- Be proficient in spoken English
- Be proficient in reading and writing English
- Have at least two or more years of professional work experience
