The United States Embassy in Guinea has opened applications for its Special Self-Help Fund.

The funds are provided to non-governmental organisations (NGOs), schools, community associations, and other local groups that directly benefit and improve the quality of life for citizens and their communities in Guinea.

Benefits

  • Grants typically range from $5,000 to $10,000

Eligibility

  • Any organisation or community group may request funding for a public utility or community activity

  • Project must be designed to improve basic economic, social, and environmental conditions at the community level
