SNV is seeking to fill the role of Administrative and Finance Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Support the daily administrative and financial management of projects
- Support in the preparation, execution and monitoring of budgets, cash management, preparation of payments, financial monitoring of implementing partners, preparation of financial reports to donors and audits, etc
Requirements
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Two years, minimum, of experience in administrative and accounting management in a non-governmental organisation/international organisation
- Experience in developing and monitoring budget implementation, managing payments and contracts, monitoring and financial reporting, and preparing for project audits
- Experience in monitoring grants made available to partners
- Experience in logistics and contracting
- Experience in managing employee advances and liquidity management
- Dynamic, proactive, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit, great capacity for learning, and good team spirit
- Mastery of financial and accounting standards and procedures
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
